Where is my order?

It’s simple to track your order with no need to contact us. All you need to do is log in to your account, select the order and click on the ‘Track Shipment’ link beside your order summary.

Alternatively, click the link in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

Please allow at least 24~48 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order, as the shipping courier needs time to collect shipping information, confirm the flight, and scan the parcel into the system.

During peak festival season, please wait for 2 more days to recheck the status. This means your package is in the carrier’s warehouse, waiting for the next available flight to go.

The carrier system only indicates the actual status once they have a confirmed flight for packages.
