Can I cancel my order?

If you changed your idea or had some other reasons, you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service within 2 hours from your order time. As after you have placed your order, we promptly start to process your order, the order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. You can turn into our Return Policy after you received the parcel. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation. The refund time it takes depends on your credit card or PayPal account policies. Please note for personalized items, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
