US DELIVERY

We use USPS for all of our US deliveries. All of our deliveries are trackable. Please notice that shipping methods may change without informing in advance, as we would like to choose the fastest and most affordable delivery to our customers.

Most parcels can be delivered within 7-12 business days. The time periods are usually shorter, but for remote regions or during holidays or peak season will be several days longer.

The package box might be open for a customs clearance check. It’s unpredictable and controllable for additional customs charges or delays incurring.

Please carefully enter your delivery address (including apartment or suite number) and verify your information at checkout. The returned packages for incorrect or insufficient addresses may be reshipped at an additional shipping charge or will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. For packages returned due to customer refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, the order purchase price will be refunded minus all original and return shipping costs, as well as any return fees imposed by the carrier.

Please check the parcel status and arrange your time to receive your parcel. If you are not in, please contact your local delivery office to rearrange your delivery.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges, import duties, and taxes (if any). Because these charges are uncontrollable and unpredictable as customs policies vary by country. Order Handling

Once orders are placed, we are unable to change the delivery address and add or remove items, if you would like to add an item, please place a new order, or contact us for help before the order has been dispatched.

Orders are subject to payment verification and approval and may take 48 hours to handle your order before shipping. All items will be wrapped and protected by bubble bags. The parcel tracking code and link will be sent to your email on the despatch of your order during working days.

Order status will not be updated to “COMPLETED” with tracking information sent to your email until we get a tracking number and at least one tracking information.

RETURNS

Molly Emma appreciates every purchase from you, and hope you will have good shopping experience.

If we sent the wrong order or item, or you received any broken / defective item(s), please take a photo of the wrong item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, to find the best return solutions.

If you choose the wrong item or dislike the item you received, you can return item at your own cost within 7 days of receipt, and no later than 14 calendar days after the day that you sent us the return notice.

Item(s) that are being returned should be kept new in its original condition in which you received them in. With all original tags, packaging and accessories. freight collect return will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be refunded.

Please retain your postal receipt until your return has been processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.

Please contact our customer service to request return authorization, and the return instructions.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If you are unable to locate your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/ card issuer for further information.

We only accept return on item(s) bought on mollyemma.com.

Personalized items and clearance items can not be returned.
